Merit Scholarship <<

Maximum Award:

• Waive tuition fee up to 4 units in 1 quarter for graduate students
• Waive tuition fee up to 6 units in 1 quarter for undergraduate students

  Requirement:

• Submit an application 5 weeks before the next quarter begins.
• Enroll in a classified status for more than two consecutive quarters at CSUSB.
• Have GPA 3.75 or higer and be enrolled for at least 10 units at the time of receipt of scholarship.
• Prepare letters of recommendation from your department’s graduate coordinator and the school dean or their designees.
• Prepare a Statement of Qualifications.
• All applicants will be notified about scholarship awards in two weeks before the beginning of classes.

AFSSA Scholarship <<

Maximum Award:

$250 - $300 each (Depend on budget within each year)

Requirement & Eligibility:

• Must be an AFSSA member in good standing.
• Must be graduate or undergraduate students registered in the Spring 2003.
• Was involved in or made contributions to Asian communities.
• Has achieved academic excellence, with a GPA of 3.5 or higher.

  Each applicant is required to submit five copies:

• Application form (Please type or word process using MS-Word form at http://asian.csusb.edu)
• Two letters of recommendation from faculty and/or staff
• Submit originals and four (4) copies (total = 5 sets)
